THE ANNENBERG FOUNDATION SUPPORTS FRENCH AND AMERICAN COLLABORATION THROUGH THE AMERICAN FRIENDS OF THE MUSEE D’ORSAYParis, France, April 16, 2012 – The American Friends of the Musée d’Orsay (AFMO) announces today a $50,000 grant from the Annenberg Foundation that further supports a model American and French collaboration: the production of an exhibit of rare works by Edgar Degas titled Degas and the Nude by the Musée d’Orsay and Boston Museum of Fine Arts.
